Group of engineers revive Polaroid Film production

leave a comment »

A group of engineers and enthusiasts leased an old Polaroid film factory and revived production of the film that ceased production in 2008. Fujifilm continued to make instant film, however their film packs were not compatible with Polaroid’s SX-70 or 600 cameras.

The group is called the Impossible Project and the film is available on their site already. Film should be available at retailers sometime in the near future.
