all Vicious, all the time

$750 to take one picture. But it was worth it

A British man attached a standard digital camera to a high-altitude helium balloon and programmed it to take pictures every 5 minutes. Once it reached 22 miles above the Earth, the balloon popped due to low atmospheric pressure and a mini-parachute guided the balloon back to sea-level. He then used GPS tracking technology to locate the camera and retrieved the pictures.

This is definitely one of those things where you think, ‘how come I never thought of that?‘ and you’ll never be able to recreate cuz it won’t be original.
