I’m definitely a TED-whore, but honestly, too much TED can make you disenchanted to anything inspirational or revolutionary. However, once in a while, you find a gem that changes your worldview entirely.

Hoarding the world’s seed population

This month the Svalbard Global Seed Vault will become the most diverse collection of food crop seeds on the planet. Its basically a global failsafe incase our stupid leaders decide to blow up the world or something and all vegetation ceases to exist.
